why use recycled material?

using waste plastic feedstock reduces CO2 emissions by around 1.5kg per kg of plastic used - which is a saving very much worth having (this is a 1.5kg saving on the equivant of 16 plastic bags).

by reusing plastic this it stops it going to landfill, incineration or escaping into the environment.

finally its worth noting that at present 99% of all 3d printing us done using non-recycled (virgin) material - we think this is wrong and one of our missions is to show that sustainability just makes sense.
